Lavender Latte Potato & Cheddar Wontons

Lavender Latte Potato & Cheddar Wontons
Ingredients:
1 Cup Mashed Potatoes Cooled (See Recipe)
1 Emporium Selected #ButFirst Coffee Lavender and Esspresso Cheddar Cheese Freshly Grated (Aldi’s)
1 Cup (Loosely-Filled) Spinach
1/4 Tsp Fresh Thyme
1 Large Egg
Wonton Wrappers
Specially Selected Cherry and Rosemary Spread
Sour Cream
Jalapenos
Thyme for Garnish
Instructions:
Whip potatoes, cheese, 1/4 tsp thyme, and 1 large egg till smooth and creamy.
Place 1 tsp of mixture onto each wonton wrapper.
Using wet fingertips line the full corner of the wrapper.
Fold into a triangle, sealing the edges and removing any air.
Place wontons on a single layer of parchment paper.
Freeze for 30 minutes to an hour.
Wontons can be cooked at this point or transferred to a Ziploc and frozen for later use.
Fry Wontons till gold and crispy on both sides.
Top with Cherry Rosemary Spread, sour cream, and jalapenos.
