Lavender Latte Potato & Cheddar Wontons

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Mashed Potatoes Cooled (See Recipe)

  • 1 Emporium Selected #ButFirst Coffee Lavender and Esspresso Cheddar Cheese Freshly Grated (Aldi’s)

  • 1 Cup (Loosely-Filled) Spinach

  • 1/4 Tsp Fresh Thyme

  • 1 Large Egg

  • Wonton Wrappers

  • Specially Selected Cherry and Rosemary Spread

  • Sour Cream

  • Jalapenos

  • Thyme for Garnish

Instructions:

Whip potatoes, cheese, 1/4 tsp thyme, and 1 large egg till smooth and creamy.

Place 1 tsp of mixture onto each wonton wrapper.

Using wet fingertips line the full corner of the wrapper.

Fold into a triangle, sealing the edges and removing any air.

Place wontons on a single layer of parchment paper.

Freeze for 30 minutes to an hour.

Wontons can be cooked at this point or transferred to a Ziploc and frozen for later use.

Fry Wontons till gold and crispy on both sides.

Top with Cherry Rosemary Spread, sour cream, and jalapenos.
