Spicy Ahi Tuna with fresh veggies and rice

Spicy Ahi Tuna

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces of sushi-grade tuna, 4oz each *

  • 2 tbs Kikkoman soy sauce

  • 1/4 tsp Kikkoman sesame oil

  • 1/4 tsp fish oil

  • 1 tbs crushed red pepper

  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar

  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice

  • 1 tsp Kikkoman rice vinegar

  • 1 tsp Gourmet Garden Lemongrass Paste

  • 1 tsp Gourmet Garden Ginger Paste

  • garlic salt to taste

  • Nori Komi Furikake’s Rice Seasoning

Instructions:

Cut your fish into small half-inch cubes. In a small bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients EXCEPT the garlic salt. Add fish. Marinate for a few hours. Add garlic salt to taste before serving to ensure proper salt/sugar balance. Top with rice seasoning.
