Spicy Ahi Tuna
Serves 2
Ingredients:
2 pieces of sushi-grade tuna, 4oz each *
2 tbs Kikkoman soy sauce
1/4 tsp Kikkoman sesame oil
1/4 tsp fish oil
1 tbs crushed red pepper
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1 tsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp Kikkoman rice vinegar
1 tsp Gourmet Garden Lemongrass Paste
1 tsp Gourmet Garden Ginger Paste
garlic salt to taste
Nori Komi Furikake’s Rice Seasoning
Instructions:
Cut your fish into small half-inch cubes. In a small bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients EXCEPT the garlic salt. Add fish. Marinate for a few hours. Add garlic salt to taste before serving to ensure proper salt/sugar balance. Top with rice seasoning.
