Florida Brine
Ingredients:
6 cups of water
4 cups of pineapple juice
1/2 cup of vinegar
1 cup of salt
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1 lemon (quartered)
1 lime (quartered)
1/2 cup of fresh cranberries
1 star anise
1 tbs Kinder Habenero Pineapple Seasoning
1/2 tsp of ground clove
1 tsp of whole black pepper
1 small apple (quartered)
1 small cut jalapeno
Instructions:
Mix.
Fully submerge bird in brine.
Refrigerate for 8-12 hours.
Remove from brine, rinse, and pat dry.
Season and cook as normal.
