Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oil

  • 1 cup of beef fat

  • 2 tbs mayo

  • 1/2 stick of butter

  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce

  • 5 tbs of minced garlic

  • 3 tbs of chopped ginger

  • 3 tbs of chili crisp

  • salt to taste

Instructions:

Add beef fat to oil on medium-high heat. Once golden brown, add the rest of the ingredients. Continue cooking 3-5 minutes. Reduce oil to simmer for 3-5 hours.
