Garlic-Ginger Chili Crisp Infused with Beef Fat
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oil
1 cup of beef fat
2 tbs mayo
1/2 stick of butter
1/2 tsp soy sauce
5 tbs of minced garlic
3 tbs of chopped ginger
3 tbs of chili crisp
salt to taste
Instructions:
Add beef fat to oil on medium-high heat. Once golden brown, add the rest of the ingredients. Continue cooking 3-5 minutes. Reduce oil to simmer for 3-5 hours.
