Ingredients:

• Little Toasts (See recipe)

• Emporium Selection Blue Cheese

• Specially Selected Fig and Honey Spread

• Crushed Red Pepper

• Thyme

Instructions:

Spread a generous amount of blue cheese on toast.

Warm slightly. (microwave 8-10 seconds or bake 2-3 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit)

Top with Fig and Honey Spread and Crushed Red Pepper.

Garnish with fresh Thyme.
