Caramel with Kosher Salt

Salted Caramel

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of Sweetened Condensed Milk

  • Kosher Salt

Instructions:

Boil water in a large stock pot. Once boiling, reduce heat to medium-high (a light rolling boil). Add the unopened can of sweetened condensed milk to water. Boil for 3 hours. For safety, ensure the water always remains at least 2 inches over the can. Remove from water. Open once can is completely cool. Add Kosher Salt to taste.
