Jammy Yolk Soft-Boiled Egg Salad with Celery & Thyme
Ingredients:
5 Eggs
2 Tbs of Hellman’s Mayonnaise
1 Stalk of Diced Celery
1/2 a Small Chopped Onion
Lawry’s Seasoning Salt to Taste
Course Ground Pepper to Taste
Thyme for Garnish.
Instructions:
Boil Eggs for 7 mins.
Cool Eggs in Ice water.
Peel eggs and chop once completely cool.
Combine eggs with veggies.
Season to Taste.
