Jammy Yolk Soft-Boiled Egg Salad with Celery & Thyme

Ingredients:

  • 5 Eggs

  • 2 Tbs of Hellman’s Mayonnaise

  • 1 Stalk of Diced Celery

  • 1/2 a Small Chopped Onion

  • Lawry’s Seasoning Salt to Taste

  • Course Ground Pepper to Taste

  • Thyme for Garnish.

Instructions:

Boil Eggs for 7 mins.

Cool Eggs in Ice water.

Peel eggs and chop once completely cool.

Combine eggs with veggies.

Season to Taste.
